A charming retreat in the heart
What truly stood out was the efficient room check-in and friendly reception available 24/7. I felt warmly welcomed by the staff who offered helpful tips for exploring the city. Despite the hustle around, the location felt like a peaceful retreat, providing a perfect base to explore the Acropolis and other attractions.
I encountered some frustrations with the glass shower divider that seemed almost a design afterthought. water splashed everywhere. Breakfast lacked freshness—many items felt prepared well in advance and often missed that local touch I hoped for during my stay.

The mattress had a springy nature that many might find uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was inconsistent, leaving some rooms warmer than expected. the noisy street outside could be bothersome, especially for light sleepers. I also experienced a lack of proper storage in my room, making it a hassle to manage my gear, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired, being repetitive and uninspired throughout my stay. Finally, issues with the shower design caused water to escape onto the bathroom floor, creating unnecessary mess and inconvenience.

I had a delightful stay! The breakfast was an exceptional start to my mornings, with freshly prepared options every day. I was impressed by the quick resolution of a minor plumbing issue in my room. while the room was cozy, it was slightly smaller than the photos suggested, but overall, I would happily choose this place again!

I stayed in a Double Room for 4 nights. The bed was super comfy, which was great after long days out. Room amenities like a fridge and kettle were handy. It was modern and clean, but it felt a bit small for my stuff. The air conditioning worked well, which I appreciated during the summer heat.

The Superior Double Room was cozy and well-lit, with a breathtaking view of the Acropolis that made it special. The reception staff were exceptional, providing helpful tips for exploring Athens and quickly accommodating our request for extra pillows. The mini bar prices were surprisingly affordable, allowing us to enjoy a cold drink after a long day of sightseeing.
The lift only goes to one floor below our room, necessitating steep stairs.

Proximity to Monastiraki Square, effective air conditioning, affordable mini bar prices
Room sizes felt cramped!!! Shower design poorly contrived, resulting in water spilling everywhere!!! Delays in room readiness detracted from first impressions!!!

The Double Room surprised me with its actual size, much smaller than what I anticipated from the photos. The lighting in the room felt insufficient, making it a bit dark. I faced a significant inconvenience with the bathroom—the compact design forced water to splash everywhere during my showers, creating a mess and restricting toilet access after. the absence of a proper blanket left me feeling cold throughout the night, just relying on bed covers. Location was fantastic, with easy access to breakfast that exceeded expectations each morning, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. Staff members were friendly and attentive, always offering assistance when needed. I felt the shower design needed reevaluation due to the splashes and lack of space. I appreciated my time here, but adjustments in room amenities are crucial for comfort.
